Rename and Restructure Charts and Dockerfiles

This merge request renames and restructures Charts and Docker files to conform to our defined structure and naming conventions according to #340 (closed)

In addition to the renaming and restructuring, this merge request also removes the .system files that were previously being used to manage library dependencies. We plan to discuss this matter further in the next tech-meeting and decide on our way for managing library dependencies. It's already in here by accident, but depending on the outcome on Thursday it may stay.
