This merge unfortunately does not contain container upload, since this feature got more and more complex to develop, I will deal with that in another feature branch. -

Introduces

Uploading helm charts as tgz files
Selecting/setting extensions parameters on the UI
A smoother install/uninstall/pending state updates via the new caching system
Way better kube-helm logs, should be easier now to debug
