Improve dockerfy image configurability to be easier to use in HD

  • added additional LDAP_CONN_SECURITY parameter: NONE|SSL|TLS|TLS_nocheck
  • added LDAP_USER_BASE and LDAP_GROUP_BASE parameters
  • added DEBUG option
  • simplified httpd config regarding SSL/non-SSL configuration
  • added ldap_shema config option
  • added dockerfy tar.gz file after previous repo was deleted.
