Primary group selection

This Merge introduces a breaking config change:

• The backend specific setting bwidm.primary_group_id has been removed (it will be silently ignored)
• It is superseeded by the global setting ldf_adapter.primary_group, which accepts the name of a group (not, as before, the BWIDM ID of the group)
