Packaging for pip

Marcus Hardt requested to merge packaging-for-pip into master

This merges two branches:

  • testing (OMG)
  • use-existing-uid (the latter potentially breaking stuff on feudal-client.scc.kit.edu.

Additionally the package is now known as "feudalAdapter" on pypi
