Feat recovery point

Overview

I created the recovery points of the mean, mean+std and mean-std.
These are the points where the lines cross the reference line for the first time after the reference year.
Adding new model groups should add new recovery points, since they have their own SV lines.
Deselecting a SV, should also hide the corresponding recovery point.
Hiding the reference line should also hide all recovery points.
