Generic plot slice#64 + adjusting x-axis + Bonus

  1. made plotslice more generic, removed unused reducer and selector, added / improved jsdoc
  2. automatically adjusts x-axis for tco3_zm (to reproduce: select only refc1 for existing model group)
  3. BONUS1: The Legend goes down to the bottom Before: image After: image
  4. BONUS2: Before: image After: image
