Feat update model slice structure#88
Updated modelSlice structure to our new understanding that the selected models should stay the same for the tco3_zm and the tco3_return plot.
Added additional actions to provide a convenient interface for AddModelGroup / EditModelGroup Modals. Removed obsolete reducers and corresponding actions.
