Connect LatitudeBandSelector to Redux

Marcus Hardt requested to merge feat_LatitudeBandSelectorRedux_#45 into develop

What I have done

  • I connected LatitudeBandSelector (LBS) to Redux.
  • I fixed issues #77 (closed) and #79 (@see Trello).

Expected Result

The issues should be resolved and LBS should still work as before.

Important Notes

  • SOLVED (My final solution to connecting LBS to Redux is not optimal. The latitudeBand state is still there and can't be removed without any changes.)
  • The XAxisSlider/YAxisSlider case sensititvity bug is back
