Metadata of users and groups

In this user story, we want to define the necessary meta data to describe a user and a group of users. The outcome of this user story shall be a workflow description about the following items

1. the attributes for a user that we want to store in the database
2. can we import user information from external sites? e.g. the users public OrcID record?
3. what PIDs should for users should be there?
4. the attributes for a group that we want to store in the database
5. is there a group description, that we can use? E.g. 
   • ROR-IDs (https://api.ror.org/organizations/https://ror.org/03qjp1d79)
   • openAIRE grantIDs (http://api.openaire.eu/search/projects?grantID=200021_169598)
6. How to associate user accounts with authors of a model run (see #18)?

The development team will come up with a plan for necessary data for groups and users and how to manage them. This is then presented and discussed with scientists and people from the Helmholtz-Metadata-Collaboration (HMC). The work flow is refined and discussed again.
