Database migration: 1.12.0-to-1.13.0

Important changes

The role names inside the database changed and were prepended the rsd_ prefix:

• web_anon is renamed to rsd_web_anon, which has to be adjusted in .env
• authenticator must be renamed to rsd_authenticator in docker-compose.yml
