Fix project status bar colors

Changes proposed in this pull request:

  • change the base-300 color to a different color than base-200
  • I have also checked the usages of base-300 and it does not break any design of the other components

How to test:

  • create a new project and insert a start and end date
  • then the status bar is more visible on the project page
