Build HIFIS-Styled images

Changes proposed in this pull request:

  • Overwrite frontend/public/* before building Docker images in order to distribute Docker images that already come equipped with the Helmholtz style

This change will make https://github.com/hifis-net/ansible-role-rsd/issues/99 not required aymore, because we are now shipping everything in one image.
