Improve netcdf workflow

Objectives:

• combine metadata- and datastore-worker (to simplify setup and reduce number of containers)
• create DataVariables automatically
• only one GeoNetwork-record for large amounts of netcdfs
• validate netcdfs
• show netcdf-import-status to user
