pass new ENVVAR TOMCAT_PROXY_URL to worker-frost-setup

FROST generates Links from the serviceRootUrl provided in the {schema}.xml

  • need to pass the TOMCAT_PROXY_URL (e.g. http://localhost/sta/, https://tsm.intranet.ufz.de/sta/, https://tsm.ufz.de/sta/) to worker-frost-setup so that it can provide the correct serviceRootUrlin the {schema}.xml, depending on the value set in the .env file
