Change .env for mosquitto.tls.conf path to placeholder

This squashed branch commit integrates the frontend service into the orchestration repo. With this MR all the web services were encapsulated behind a nginx based reverse proxy:

Make the mosquitto go auth postgres database connection security mode configurable so we can disable tls in local development environments

Renamed the services according to the new naming scheme
Renamed the topics according to the new naming scheme

- add acl file to mosquitto config
- add example to readme

- Move config from data directory back to dedicated mosquitto path
- Add some words to the readme
