Docker log rotation for mqtt-cat and mqtt-broker

Luca Johannes Nendel requested to merge 33-limit-size-of-docker-logs into main

I've added log rotation to the services mqtt-cat and mqtt-broker for now, because these services produce the largest log files.

Adding more services and the size of logs/ file count of logs is up for debate.
