Add filter in gf journal

What does this MR do?

• add option to filter columns in grafana (GF) journal table
• add option to sort columns in GF journal table
• increase width of GF journal table
• rm obsolete origin and loglevel global options in a GF dashboard in favor of column filter (see above)
• refactored GF dashborad creation code and added typehints

Why is this MR needed?

• better cleaner nicer code
• features

How to test this MR?

start ./tsm-workflow all and manually check the journal table in the GF dashboard (eg. of DemoThing)
