Use the KNIME worflow "manual rotation" in case you have an image source (e.g. standard microscope) without automated positioning. The KNIME workflow is compatible with KNIME version 4.7 and later but may also work with previous versions of KNIME (untested).
This workflow is no longer needed since version 1.73. The latest version has a an embedded tool for automatic or manual rotation of images. However, if for some reason, you prefer the previous KNIME workflow for rotation of images it is included here.
