npm package for dasf-messaging-typescript

this package has been published by @daniel.eggert to npm (see #1 (closed)), but unfortunately I do not have access to it. I'd anyway like to rename the package on npm to dasf-messaging, rather than dasf-messaging-typescript, but it would be nice to note this in the README on https://www.npmjs.com/package/dasf-messaging-typescript

@mrtnhmtz, do you have access to the package daniel uploaded before he started the new job?

alright, as we do not have access to the dasf-messaging-typescript package on npmjs.com, we register a new scoped package and call it @hcdc/dasf
