Terminal-based Python scripts to automate processing and classifying of xylem cavitation and optical dendrometry image sequences.

This program analyzes images with OpenCV and counts the number of defects on a matrix of pictures. As an output, it visualizes the area and number of pinholes per sample, and also compares the results between samples with boxplots
