I vote for coordinators only. Otherwise we would need the consent of everyone and I fear this overcharges us for all of HIFIS. Even though, I really like the map. Perhaps we find a way to integrate it even without personal information.

I see the point you are making, although I would like to see the individual people represented. They do a lot of work for HIFIS so they should have an opportunity for their five minutes of internet fame. Listing the institutions is a compromise. I can not think of a better solution then to allow members to add themselves on a voluntary basis.

I see a problem of peer pressure here.

I suggest to decide that at the coordinator's level (majority vote) and, for the time being, not include the single names.
