• Single questions should be linkable, such that following the link opens the correct answer (in order to allow to provide such links e.g. in support ticket answers) #299 (closed)

It might be useful to have FAQ Cluster, e.g. to services, to research process, to technical issues...

@jandt-desy wir hatten mal festgehalten, dass die FAQ fürs MVP nur aufgeräumt und für die finale Version erweitert werden... soll daran festgehalten werden oder doch fürs MVP schon den Helpdesk anfragen?

für MVP (%Homepage Relaunch 2022 - MVP (Version 1.0) bitte nur aufräumen (bzw ist schon passiert).

Für V2.0 (dieser MS) sollten Inhalte beigesteuert werden.

"Alignment with AAI FAQ" @jandt-desy to what extend, include / copy them into the HIFIS FAQ? Link?

@jandt-desy could you check on that if you have a minute (or two)?

This was just a hook to not forget on this. I had and still have not ready-to-implement idea on how to accomplish that. What's needed (at least):

• A non-helmholtz and non-HIFIS user shall be able to quickly check FAQ on AAI only, without having to browse through other HIFIS stuff.
• A HIFIS/Helmholtz user, if browsing through HIFIS FAQ, shall also have a view on the AAI stuff.
• It would be neat for us to have all the FAQ in as few as possible respositories for easiert maintenance.
