FAQs linkable and clickable

As part of reworking the FAQs there are two technical aspects:

  • Single questions should be linkable, such that following the link opens the correct answer (in order to allow to provide such links e.g. in support ticket answers)
  • titles of questions should be clickable / open the question, not only the small arrow at the beginning of the line
