@lisa.klaffki and /cc @SpickerHZB I made some additional minor changes.

To be clear, the FAQ needs to be re-worked and extended #227 (closed); this MR is only to clean out the most critical outdated infos (e.g. on cloud services status).

• I updated the wording and status on cloud services (regulation etc) according to the current roadmap, so I presume that should be no problem with @SpickerHZB
• I completely removed the "How can I get things done faster" part bc IMO this is not necessary anymore as we are out of the ramp up phase. @lisa.klaffki okay?
