Update Service pages with all services

Currently, this is a first draft of a new serices page. https://hifis-review-app.hzdr.de/review-apps/hifis-hifis-net/114-services-page-needs-update/services

It works by putitng services pages into services/software, or cloud, backbone respectively, and then creates the boxes for those pages.

I would be happy to get a few early opinions:

@frust45 thank you for starting this!

I like it, but would prefer to have not more than, say, 4-5 lines of text in the boxes (fixed height).

So, at least on a large enough desktop screen, one would possibly not even need to scroll much to see Cloud, Software, Backbone Serivces and maybe even Guidelines.

Finaly I get a first idea what cards to fill in for cloud. I guess services and portfolio will become one of them. And perhaps something like service for providers and framework and data protection.

Until the cloud cards are written we can either link to the old page or link directly to cloud.helmholtz.de
