Resolve "Cloud WP: Cloud Services & Portfolio"

The unification of hifis.net and software.hifis.net has shown that we need to refresh our cloud description on our website.

According to the new desgin, I have set up 2 different cards as a description. Please have a look at Cloud services Portfolio and add your comments right here.

Reading the "nine" in this paragraph feels kind of weird as the other numbers are in a numeric format. Maybe we could change this to "9"?
