SVG Jumbotrons: softlink to device specific subfolders

Uwe Jandt (DESY, HIFIS) requested to merge redo-hifis-title-background into master
  • svgs in jumbotrons have not been copied or linked, so the hifis title background disappeared (presumably after !233 (merged))
    -> reworked
  • added corresponding entries in .gitignore
  • some more minor changes in .gitignore
