Resolve "Fix CSS for front page" - Claim

This change is related to the claim on the frontpage. It does these things:

• Make sure the claim breaks properly
• Increase font size of title heading and improve layout
• Remove uppercase enforcement on headings
• So far the same layout is used on all pages for the heading. Also, no different font is applied.

Please experiment with different screen sizes to see if you're ok with sizing and breaking of the header.

@lisa.klaffki @englae39 @jandt-desy @erxleb87 @SpickerHZB Could you please comment or approve? I would try to submit the improvements component by component, which should make it easier to review.
