Font NotoSans
Replacing Herman and Corporate S fonts (for headlines and bulk text, respectively), trying Noto Sans as proposed there.
The new font shall be somewhat similar to new Helmholtz page design, but remain OS.

Rough implementation for headlines and text -
Make standard text size a bit smaller to fit to the old standard sizes of boxes etc. -
Align element sizes (front page h1 headlines seem quite large still, buttons as well) -
Check readability; possibly slightly increase line spacing for larger text blocks -
Decide what to do with the mononoki font, don't know if there is need to replace this. Needed for code, e.g. here. -
Decide what to do with Fontawesome symbols -
Clarify licensing stuff for new font
