Auto-fetch overview letter
Analogous to !501 (merged) and subsequent MR:

Auto-download the most recent overview letter and place it in media/, so that any updates in the respective repository are automatically online with next hifis.net build. -
Does not work if the overview letter repository is non-public. @lisa.klaffki would you mind to make that repo public?
