Fix media materials

Uwe Jandt (DESY, HIFIS) requested to merge fix-media-folder into master
  • add empty files as placeholder for on-the-fly downloads of external overview letter content (!619 (merged)). Otherwise local builds will fail.
  • add pdf for poster
  • fix the broken green tshirt in cutout
