added service uuid to metadata, user_count.json now contains uuid

The Cloud Portal needs the service uuids for using the service popularity stats (user_count.json) as described in this issue.

I added the service uuids as a metadata file for each service. Additionally user_count.json now contains the uuids making it easier for the Cloud Portal to parse the data.

This is the resulting file.
