Fix no T_report_collection bug

Uwe Jandt (DESY, HIFIS) requested to merge fix-no-date-bug into annual-report-2022

New scripts from !60 (closed) would crash if no T_report_collection was there. Fix that.

Test:

  • Works when no T_report_collection is there (normal) — Output
  • Works when T_report_collection is there (for reporting variants) — Output
