The Helmholtz Codebase and Mattermost will not be available between May 2nd, 16:15 and May 2nd, 17:45. In preparation of the GitLab major upgrade 17.0 a database maintenance is required.

Improve documentation in README file:

There have been users who had issues while trying to run the analysis.

CAUTION: The current data-CSV-file has a file encoding UTF-8-BOM and not as required UTF-8 which then causes errors on Windows OS machines.
