Improve docs

  • changed list of requirements to link to pyproject.toml
  • adopted docstrings to fit sphinx
  • added autodoc for sphinx
  • added sphinx-click to document cli interface
    • changed import and var name in matplotlibplotter, because sphinx click had issue with importing
