- The upper left logo is usually meant to return to the index page of the workshop
  materials. We should not break this logic, in particular, as the tool tip
  also suggests that and cannot be easily changed.
- Instead a hint on HIFIS incuding a link as well as information for finding
  /requesting workshops has been added.
