[edit] Aligning machine-readable to findability etc

The terms:

• machine readible
• machine actionable
• machine operable

are currently defined as dispositions similar to:

• findability
• accessibility
• interoperability
• reusability

This issue suggests to adjust their labels to:

• machine readiblity
• machine actionability
• machine operability

for coherence. It should be noted that the terms in discussion (i.e. their definitions) have not yet been finalized and are still under discussion. We should add an rfs:comment (or else) marking them as experimental classes that are still under development.

in order to move forward with the web-visible terms the terms finability, accessibility etc should be changed to adjectives (i.e. "findbale" etc) according to https://www.go-fair.org/fair-principles/

the issue of using both adjectives and nouns for dispositions and properties for HDO terms will be discussed in #55 (closed)
