How to curate updates to controlledLists / Enums?

    I think this has come up every now and then, and will do so again.

    One can think of this in two ways:

    1. We need to curate all controlledLists once for every new Schema Version. (right now relationTypes (#32) and a couple others are in dire need)

    2. Some controlled lists might in the long run be more dynamic than our Schema-Logic (e.g. dependent on other stake-holders)

      • for this another appraoch than hard-coded enums is needed
