Implement Landing page

Based on Issue #3 (closed) the landing page should be implemented.

Criteria:

• Implementation is similar to the mockups
• Runs inside Docker container
• It is not hardcoded which categories are available. The information which categories are available is provided by the available schemas. Every schema represents an individual category (except common properties -> should not be included)
• Search is working
