New version of the app

In this MR multiple changes for the latest version of the app are made available. List of features/improvements include

• a new page to show details of any given record selected and its associated records. The record is selected form the result list via click of it title which helps the user navigate to the details page. Built with React context for global state handling
• a new API to fetch the details of a record given its ID
• package updates, including handling changes with the major version bump in Tailwind CSS
• moving ROR enrichment to the backend layer
• new and improved responsive design for mobile views
