UFZ: Changes to use the Hifis Virtual Organisation

Description

• Follow Up to #123 (closed)
• The current version of Upman (the hifis project management tool) is currently not usable to add new users to a group (very low performance, duplicated invitations --> lots of errors)
  • An update of upman is in the making
  • We will continue the change to hifis aai when the new update is released and meets our expectations
• When we have added the ufz users to their groups in Upman, we make the changes to use the new IDL service
• The MR will just have the state of the 1.10 Version of the SMS, which included these changes
