The AMBCAT contract is now signed.  Add link to OSCARS web-page
fix corruption in JSON.

Unfortunately, Darren has left MAX-IV and is no longer involved with
LEAPS.

Mark SIG as "active".

Add mandate (from Andy)

Update SIG information with information from kick-off meeting.
  * Add mandate.
  * Switch status to 'Active'.

These projects have been described on a public webpage, within OSCARS
main website, so it's reasonable to assume the information is now
public.

Thanks go to Guido Juckeland for providing this information.

According to Fabio, the project contract was signed but lost.  They're
sending it again via FedEx.  Also, the project has been presented at
NOBUGS.

Add a new YAML file containing OSCARS project details.

Add a thousands seperater filter.

Add some logos as image assets.

Update current work tab to include OSCARS projects.
