Adapt UFZ deployment pipeline

  • Remove CI job for RDM-Test deployment
  • Skip pushing UFZ test images on default branch (UFZ_TEST_IMAGE: $CI_REGISTRY_IMAGE:ufz-$CI_COMMIT_SHORT_SHA)
  • Skip pushing UFZ deploy images by tag since git tags are not used at the moment
