We strive to make marine images FAIR. We maintain data profiles to establish terms for marine imagery and we develop standard operating procedures for handling marine images and software tools to apply the vocabulary and procedures to marine imagery.

The Helmholtz Digitisation Ontology (HDO): An ontology for the formal description of digital assets and processes, aligned to the practices and conventions of the OBO Foundry.

This is a web application that provides a textual search interface to the Helmholtz Knowledge Graph. The user can search and filter results related to their queries for the Helmholtz Knowledge Graph via this interface. It is built using NextJs in TypeScript.
